PT Favorite Indonesia (Morgen) successfully held the 2024 Morgen Family Gathering annual event in Yogyakarta with the theme “Winning Team, Grow to Win.” The event, which took place from September 13-16, 2024, was organized as a form of the company’s appreciation for all employees’ dedication and contributions to the company’s progress throughout the year.
Through various fun activities, the event also aimed to strengthen relationships and unity among employees in a joyful atmosphere. It started with a journey from Jakarta to Yogyakarta on the evening of Friday, September 13, 2024. Upon arrival in Yogyakarta on Saturday morning, the activities kicked off with a Lava Tour at Mount Merapi.
The highlight of the event took place at The Westlake Resort, where all employees gathered for a lively Gala Dinner. The event opened with speeches from Mr. Ahing and Mrs. Aming, the founders of Morgen, who expressed their appreciation and gratitude to all employees for their dedication and hard work throughout the year.
The Gala Dinner became even more festive with the start of the Best Costume competition, where employees showcased their creativity and enthusiasm to win the best costume award. There was also live music, quizzes, games, and a door prize with exciting rewards, adding to the festive atmosphere of the evening celebration.
The following Sunday morning, employees were invited to explore the beauty of Yogyakarta with a visit to Borobudur Temple and a stroll around Malioboro. Then on Monday morning, all employees embarked on their journey back to Jakarta, undoubtedly with renewed energy.
