Develop effective sales strategies for the sales team
Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of the sales team
Facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments
Create progress reports on the sales team’s performance
Conduct coaching and counseling for the sales team
Build relationships with customers
Motivate the sales team
Ensure acquired projects/services run smoothly according to agreements with store
Age between 28–35 years old
Bachelor’s degree in any major and able to speak Mandarin
Preferably experienced as a Sales Supervisor in the consumer goods/retail sector
Strong skills and high motivation
Willing to work with targets
Owns a motorcycle and has both SIM A & C (driver’s licenses)
Placement in Jabodetabek, East Java, and West Java areas
