Design offline promotional strategies to support sales and brand awareness.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand promotional needs in each region.
Analyze the effectiveness of promotions across different channels (Traditional vs. Modern Retail).
Coordinate with teams to integrate offline and online campaigns.
Coordinate with Event Organizers (EO), vendors, and internal teams for promotional event execution.
Lead and supervise the field promoter team.
Manage and oversee the implementation of offline events such as exhibitions, bazaars, sponsorships, and brand activations.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of offline campaigns.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business Management.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in technical product industries such as electronics, lighting, or electrical.
Experienced in managing field teams and small to medium-scale promotional events. Experience in field promotion, sales events, or direct selling is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Able to work on the go and willing to travel for business trips to various locations.
Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays, especially during events.
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
