  1. Ensure that the electricity is turned off. Turn off the electricity switch in the circuit panel or remove the related circuit breaker.
  2. Prepare the electrical cable that will be connected to the socket. Ensure that the cable is long enough to reach a safe power source.
  3. Check the socket to identify its terminals. There are usually two terminals labeled “L” (for Live/Phase) and “N” (for Neutral).
  4. Use a wire stripper to remove about 1-2 cm of the outer layer of the electrical cable, exposing the inner wires.
  5. Inside the cable, you will find three wires: the phase wire (usually black or red), the neutral wire (usually white or blue), and the ground wire (usually green or yellow/green).
  6. Strip the ends of these wires using wire strippers. Ensure that the wire ends are clean without any loose strands.
  7. Connect the phase wire (black/red) to the “L” terminal on the socket. Loosen the screw or clamp on the terminal, insert the end of the phase wire into the hole under the screw or clamp, then tighten the screw or clamp.
  8. Do the same for the neutral wire (white/blue). Connect the neutral wire to the “N” terminal on the socket.
  9. If there is a ground wire (green/yellow/green), connect it to the ground terminal on the socket. Some sockets have a separate ground terminal, while others have a special clamp for the ground wire. Ensure that the ground wire is securely attached.
  10. After all wires are connected to the correct terminals, double-check the connections to ensure everything is properly installed without any loose wires.
  11. Carefully reattach the socket cover and ensure it is securely in place.

The Kelvin unit is a determinant of the temperature of light or light in a lamp. So the lower the temperature, the warmer the light. On the other hand, if the temperature is high, the light will also get colder. Well, this temperature is what affects the color of the light. Kelvin is usually used to determine the color of lights.

6500K = cool daylight
