Jakarta, March 9, 2025 – PT Favorite Indonesia (Morgen) organized a special charity event, “Lampu Kita, Dunia Kita,” to support children from underprivileged backgrounds. The event took place at three alternative schools: Yayasan Bina Anak Pertiwi in Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta; Sekolah Alternatif Anak Jalanan (SAAJA) in Karet Kuningan, South Jakarta; and Sekolah Bingkai Jalanan in Senen, Central Jakarta.
This initiative aimed to bring joy and encouragement to children by engaging them in various interactive activities, including a coloring competition and fun games. Beyond entertainment, the event also provided essential school supplies and other necessities, ensuring that the children have access to the resources they need for their education.
The event was not only a moment of happiness for the children but also a meaningful experience for Morgen employees and other participants. It was an opportunity to engage in teamwork and reinforce the company’s values of compassion and social responsibility. The event fostered a sense of unity and empathy among the staff, strengthening their connection not only to the company but also to the broader community.
Alie Sebastian, Chairperson of Yayasan Bina Anak Pertiwi, expressed gratitude for the event. “The event was engaging, and many of our children were entertained by the activities. Founder of Sekolah Bingkai Jalanan, Hestiana Kiftia, noted the warm and inclusive atmosphere created by Morgen. “We were speechless. Compared to previous visitors, Morgen was incredibly relaxed, humble, and easygoing. We have had guests with many requests, but Morgen was truly efficient, and we could see the strong sense of camaraderie between the management and staff. Thank you for sharing and playing with us.”
