Powered by Solar Energy
As an outdoor solar light, the LED Solar Street Light GS3 uses solar energy to recharge, so the light does not need to be connected to the PLN power grid. During the day, the solar panel absorbs and stores solar energy, which is then used to power the outdoor solar light at night.
Three brightness options are available: 12W, 18W, and 28W. The Morgen LED lights can also be controlled using a remote control with two AAA batteries, making it more practical to select different lighting modes.
Motion Sensor for Lighting That Adjusts to Activity
One of the interesting features of this outdoor solar light is the motion sensor with a range of around 6–8 meters. In PIR mode, the Morgen LED lights can detect activity in the surrounding area and adjust the brightness level accordingly.
Four modes are available:
1. ON Mode
In ON mode, the outdoor solar light will turn on at full brightness after being activated. The light will then remain on for 6 hours and automatically turn off when the time is up.
This mode is suitable when full lighting is needed for a specific duration without having to manually adjust the Morgen LED lights again.
2. PIR LOW Mode
PIR LOW mode uses a motion sensor to adjust the brightness level based on activity around the outdoor solar light.
When the sun begins to set or the surroundings start to get dark, the light remains at Low Standby Brightness with minimum light output. When the sensor detects movement, the light will immediately increase to maximum brightness.
After the person or object detected moves away and no further movement is detected by the sensor, the light will return to Low Standby Brightness or minimum brightness.
This means the outdoor solar light still provides a small amount of illumination when the area is quiet and becomes brighter when there is activity.
3. PIR OFF Mode
Unlike PIR LOW, PIR OFF mode does not maintain minimum brightness when there is no activity.
When the motion sensor detects a person or movement around the area, the outdoor solar light will turn on brightly. After the movement moves away and is no longer detected by the sensor, the light will automatically turn off.
This mode can be selected when lighting is only needed when there is activity around the area.
4. AUTO Mode
In AUTO mode, the Morgen LED lights work automatically according to changing day and night conditions.
When the sun begins to set and UV light starts to disappear, the outdoor solar light will turn on at full brightness. After that, the brightness level will gradually decrease as time passes.
As sunrise approaches and UV light starts to appear again, the outdoor solar light will automatically stop operating. This allows the light to adjust its illumination from night until early morning without manual settings.
One Remote for Multiple Lights
In addition to adjusting the lighting modes, the Remote Control for the LED Solar Street Light GS3 can also control multiple lights in parallel. Even several Morgen LED lights with different wattage options can still be controlled using a single remote.
To control them simultaneously, all lights need to be set to the same mode first. The remote control range reaches around 8–10 meters, so settings can be adjusted without having to approach each outdoor solar light individually.
3-Color Outdoor Solar Light
Not only can the lighting modes be adjusted, but this outdoor solar light is also equipped with a CCT button to select the light color according to your needs.
Three color options are available: Warm White (3000K), Natural White (4000K), and Cool Daylight (6500K). With these options, the lighting color can be adjusted to match the character of the area you want to illuminate.
